"The one with lower Debye T is preferred at hight temperature" is the statement I stand by. During office hour I may have misread the problem and confused the phases (as for which one has lower Debye T), but if you just apply that statement to the problem the answer should be clear.
As for the reason behind it, what I said in office hour still holds.
I don't know what's gonna be on the midterm, but judging by the number of phase diagram questions that's been asked, maybe it's a good idea that you bring along a ruler.
